Born and raised in Northern France, studied in Paris and later a globetrotter, i embraced a nomadic lifestyle in 2022 • as a culinary artist and creative director, i combine the art of cooking with traveling, exploring local flavors, and crafting unique culinary narratives • inspired by the concept of “food as medicine” and by ancestral traditions, i celebrate the bond between humanity, the earth, and generational wisdom •
i believe food to be the most eclectic essential : an invitation, a sensory experience, a form of expression. so i capture its colors, shapes, and textures, as an act of thanks.
